This home my family and I just bought is so old, that it has never had a heating & cooling system installed in it. There were a few window air conditioning units, but we need to be up to date and get a central heating as well as cooling system into it right away. I only need one more Heating, Ventilation & A/C bid in order to make a sound decision on the heating & cooling provider I will use. My first Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer has recommended installing one of these new ductless mini-split heating & cooling units in the house. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C provider recommends the ductless mini-split because air duct is not necessary. That sounds like a logical thing because I have such high, appealing ceilings, & I’m not wanting to put HVAC duct holes through them, anyway. I have to agree with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist on their choice of a heating & cooling solution for my house. So after much online research and digging around, I agree to what type of Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology that is advocated for this old house. The heating & cooling unit will be a top-of-the-line ductless mini-split system. It does help in the bidding process to compare the same type of heating & cooling unit in each bid, then however, I will still need the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals to tell me their ideas, & pricing so I can make a good decision.
