My child is not a great student, and honestly, getting him up for school every day is just the first of many difficult tasks for her everyday. I have done everything I can think of to get him pumped up for school, but she wants nothing to do with it. She is entering her junior year, when schools are starting to recruit students for scholarships. Grades are pressing as is the want to learn. She has neither. I was sure it was a total loss, but one day after school, she came with an energy I never had observed before! She told myself and others all about these alternative studying programs for students who struggle as she does. They have this hands on internship program for their entire senior year. If all goes well, she gets a salaried position with benefits alongside an actual career. It sounded too good to be true, to be honest. She picked the local HVAC provider in our town. She would start off studying how to change air filters, as well as cleaning the ductwork, and eventually, they move her up to heating plus cooling installation of actual components, and by the end of her senior year, she will understand how to repair any problem with the HVAC units that she comes across. The local business basically get free help for an entire year on the job! But, their hope is that they will sign on the worker in the end. The HVAC world is even more popular today than it ever was before. They are in extreme need for qualified workers as soon as possible!
